Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Nebulite Games ("we", "us") handles information when you play Train Jam: World Tour (the "Game") on Android. We built the Game so that it works without an account and without us collecting your personal information. The Game is free to play and is supported by advertising and optional in‑app purchases.
1. Information we collect ourselves
We do not ask for, collect or store your name, e‑mail address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location or any other personal information on our own servers. We do not operate any game server.
Your game progress (level, coins, boosters, settings and your advertising consent choice) is saved only on your device. It is deleted when you clear the Game's data or uninstall the Game.
2. Advertising (Unity LevelPlay)
The Game shows ads (rewarded videos that you choose to watch, interstitial ads between levels and banner ads) through Unity LevelPlay, a mediation platform operated by Unity Technologies, and the advertising networks it works with (for example Unity Ads and ironSource Ads). To deliver, measure and protect ads, these partners may automatically collect information from your device, such as:
- Device and advertising identifiers (for example the Android Advertising ID) and device information (model, OS version, language, screen size);
- Approximate location derived from your IP address (not precise GPS location);
- Information about the ads you see and how you interact with them (for example taps, views and completion of a video);
- App diagnostics related to ad performance.
These partners act under their own privacy policies. Please see the Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy for details on how Unity and its LevelPlay network partners use this information and how to exercise your rights with them.
3. Your advertising choices
When you first open the Game we ask whether you agree to personalized ads. If you decline, ads are still shown but our partners are told not to personalize them based on your activity, and not to "sell"/"share" your data for targeted advertising (CCPA/CPRA). You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy Settings inside the Game.
You can also reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalization, in your Android device settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads; the exact path depends on your device).
Players in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland: personalized advertising is only enabled with your consent (GDPR).
4. In‑app purchases
Optional purchases (for example "Remove Ads", coin packs and the Starter Pack) are processed by Google Play. We never receive your payment card details. Google provides us with a purchase confirmation so the Game can deliver your item. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
5. Children
The Game is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our ad partners are informed that the Game is not child‑directed. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the Game, please contact us and we will help remove it.
6. Data retention and deletion
Because your progress is stored only on your device, you can delete it at any time by clearing the Game's data or uninstalling the Game. To request deletion of advertising data held by our ad partners, use the options described in the Unity privacy policy linked above, or contact us and we will forward your request.
7. Security
Data sent by the advertising and payment SDKs is transmitted using encryption (HTTPS/TLS).
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD or similar laws) you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Since we do not hold personal data ourselves, most requests are handled by our advertising partners; we are happy to help you contact them.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last changed. Significant changes will be announced inside the Game or on this page.
